The properties are situated on and just east of Price Point which is located approximately 3 1/2 miles NE of Tenedos Bay and the 1 mile NE of Prideaux Haven, both of which are very popular locations for summer time boaters and outdoor enthusiasts due to the magnificent natural surroundings and the warm seasonal waters.
