Located on 1.77 acres of semi-oceanfront property overlooking Shingle Bay and across to Charlotte City on Graham Island.

The Lodge is a fully functional 12,000sqft structure with three wings branching off from the central great room which is furnished with couches, a big screen TV, pool table and tables and chairs for dining.

The back wing accommodates an office and pizza take-out kitchen with a commercial pizza oven, a separate guest kitchen for bed and breakfast guests, and a four bedroom managers’ apartment with a large industrial kitchen.

The other two wings consist of 16 suites, 8 on each wing, fourteen of these are guest suites, one is used as a house keeping and laundry/linen room and another is currently used for personal storage. Each of the 14 guest suites currently being utilized are two room units which include a full kitchen with fridge, stove, dinette and single bed, a full bath with shower, and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and cable tv.

Moresby Island and Graham Island are the two largest islands of a group of 1,884 islands in the “Galapagos of the North” archipelago just south of the Alaska panhandle. A 20-minute ferry ride connects Graham and Moresby Islands. The islands are relatively isolated, recreation and native culture being the main attractions. Sport fishing, hiking, camping, kayaking, boating, whale watching, beachcombing and sightseeing are the major recreational activities.
