Shelley and Aren each have their own boats and are very familiar with the many different regions surrounding central and northern Vancouver Island. My drive to contribute has led me to be involved with the Campbell River Salmon Foundation where I serve as a director, and also to work with seniors’ needs in the community.
The coastal lifestyle we celebrate is personal to everyone on our team. I cherish my time with family and friends out boating, fishing, hunting and exploring the west coast.
With over 30 years of experience in coastal real estate, I have spent my life working and traveling extensively on the BC Coast. I am very familiar with the small coastal communities and islands we service as I have always enjoyed being in the field, and have made extensive connections in the world of coastal properties.
Building a successful team was important to me and I am proud of the success of The BC Oceanfront Real Estate Team. Knowing the clients are always in good hands, are dealt with honestly and with integrity, has always been the goal of the BCO team.
I have stepped back from daily real estate but am always available to the team to provide insight and coastal expertise. I am spending more time on my Coastal Lifestyle these days, fishing and boating from my second home in Quatsino.

Outside of work, I fully embrace the coastal lifestyle—boating, fishing, and enjoying the West Coast with my family.
As a solutions-driven administrator, I seek to find and provide clarity in all I do. Creating, running and fine-tuning systems that benefit our team and our clients makes me happy, with the question of how we can make things work better, present better, or make tasks easier always at the forefront of my daily task list. I enjoy my work and the team I do it with, and I hope everyone who interacts with me sees that.
I never cease to be amazed by the beauty of the coast, and outside of the office I embrace the coastal lifestyle of our island – walking trails, exploring backroads, camping, and taking photos to tell stories everywhere I go.
